Full Job Description

The Data Administrator will provide high quality data management support to the Technical and Marketing departments. This role supports the digital transformation of technical support and information. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 2-3 days in the office and the remaining from home. What you'll do:

  • Enter, coordinate, maintain, and validate all technical data and content for our tools that support customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various systems, including internal, external, third-party tools, databases, and platforms.
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and support in project delivery in line with Technical and Marketing digital roadmap and plans.
  • Provide customer support by answering questions through email and phone.

    Demonstrable experience in a similar data entry, data management, administrative role or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Strong Microsoft Office understanding and experience using multiple databases and systems.
  • Customer service mindset and collaborative attitude.
