Full Job Description
Working with the Exams Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the effective administration of the College examinations and examination process. To administer all examinations, and the safeguarding of examination papers in compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisations rules and regulations. To complete the administration, inputting, and data validation of all students and exam data in compliance with LSEC, JCQ and Awarding Organisation rules and regulations. Supporting the development of data processing in relation to registrations, claiming, achievement and completion of qualifications.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and be able to work under pressure. Ideally, we would like a candidate that has worked in an educational environment, desirably in exams or MIS and be familiar with or know of Joint Council for Qualifications. To be successful in this role, youll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail. Youll also have organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.
