Join the Aftersales- Service Operations team as the Data Analysis & Reporting Manager where you'll be responsible for all Aftersales Technical reporting in tableau (strategic developments as well as the physical reporting landscape), all Board level KPI pack development and all Service Operations project delivery governance (including the product cycle plan). This role will play a pivotal role in driving Bentley's Aftersales Strategy, directly influencing Bentley's Beyond 100+ strategy aim. Reporting into the Service Operations Director, your main responsibilities include;

  • Lead the provision of structured accurate Technical Aftersales information to the Bentley business for Field Quality, PDI Quality, Warranty performance, Goodwill performance, Project Delivery performance and all other ad-hoc technical areas on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
  • Work with and influence internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and robust data gathering processes
  • Summarise the key developments, identify trends, prepare commentary and recommend performance improvements / challenge data accuracy where appropriate
  • Leads the development of Technical Aftersales reporting, uses new insights and systems knowledge to proactively propose developments, aligning Bentley Aftersales with group methodologies where appropriate.
  • Responsible for identifying the data, KPI's and reporting needs of internal (Quality, Central Aftersales, Regions) and external (VW Group, Global Retailers) customers, interpreting requests and developing reports to meet their needs
  • Develop performance dashboards to enable Technical Aftersales teams and Regional Aftersales managers to analyse performance drive performance improvement in the global Retailer network
  • Develop all Market Entry launch plans for Service Operations and provide tracking reporting for Quality, Regions and Central Aftersales
  • Develop and collate any supporting launch materials (e.g.Must Tell / Must Know) working closely with all Service Operations FLM members
  • Represent Technical Aftersales interests and present at Group and departmental briefings / meetings
  • About the Team The Service Operations team is part of the Sales & Marketing department, working cross functionally across the business acting as "The Voice of the Customer". The team is responsible for all technical aspects of our vehicles once they have left the factory, acting as the department between the business and our Global Retailer Network. Our team is responsible for all technical literature used by our Retailer Network, resolving technical issues in the field and managing Bentley's Warranty Policy - all whilst ensuring high quality data and analytics to help ensure data driven decisions are made.

  • Demonstrable and extensive experience of data manipulation and data analysis to deliver high quality reports that highlight both strategic and operational issues and KPI's
  • Experience of working in a similar role with a proven track record of continuous improvement
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into clear and understandable high quality reporting solutions
  • Ability to communicate, influence and challenge at all levels
  • Confident presenter with experience of presenting complex data in an understandable way to support and influence decision making at all levels in the business
  • Self-motivated and able to manage own priorities to meet deadlines
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical capability and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Tableau
  • Ideally you will also have experience in SAP Business Objectives and Python
  • A background in Data Analytics
