Full Job Description

SQL database admin.

inspHire Office, Mobile & GoldMine triggers, procedures and data views. Housekeeping checks.

inspHire Office/Mobile admin.

Reporting, functionality and support.

Access Cloud admin.

Dimensions & Expense user profiling, ensuring users have access to and awareness of all functionality.

Crystal Reports.

Amend existing and customise new reports for inspHire and Access Dimensions.

VBA coding.

HR holiday forms, After Market inspHire Excel files.

GoldMine administrator.

New users, support and reporting.

Suggest and test process alternatives and enhancements, managing the changes.

Hire Exchanges, Credit Note requests, zero-value invoices etc.

Business Systems development.

Liaise with Access Group & Kerridge/inspHire support to address company requirements, bug fixes & develop the product and its use.

Test and upgrade software.

Testing software upgrades within a test environment, communicating new functionality where relevant.

Provide ad hoc MI requirements.

SQL, Crystal, Excel.

A proactive, conscientious, and dedicated outlook is sought. The successful candidate will want to and be able to learn quickly, be self-motivated, and desire to contribute positively to the team and the wider organisation., 1. A working knowledge of Power BI or similar.
2. Conversant with SQL.
3. An understanding of VBA.
4. Microsoft Excel skills (functions, data connections, charts and pivots).
5. Crystal Reports or similar.
6. The ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues regardless of IT literacy.
7. Strong problem solving, logical and analytical skills.
8. Able to work well under pressure, self-organise and cope with tight deadlines.
9. Most importantly, a keenness to learn and improve upon a broad range of system skills.
