- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data needs and analytical support
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across business units
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly
- Mentor and support new team members in data analysis techniques
- Continuously update knowledge in technical, business, and operational areas
- Stay informed about stakeholder needs, market trends, and industry developments
- Apply updated knowledge to daily tasks, ensuring analyses align with company goals
- Demonstrate proactivity and self-motivation in managing workload
- Work independently on complex analytical tasks

3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in asset management or a related industry - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, macros, lookups, JavaScript and/or App Script
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modelling techniques
- Experience in translating data insights into actionable business recommendation
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Asset management principles and practises
- Asset management system experience
