Data Analyst

This Data Analyst position is a key role for the BCA Remarketing Operation. As part of the central Decision Intelligence function, you will sit within the Analysis & Insights team, working collaboratively with other data analysts, whilst working directly with the Remarketing Operation, providing operational efficiency, quality and planning insights., Generate detailed reports and conduct in-depth analysis for stakeholders to enhance business performance.
Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions and ensure accuracy, optimisation, and efficiency in reporting, analysis, and dashboard processes.
Build a good understanding of the BCA remarketing business by developing relationships with key stakeholders and build understanding of how data and insights can support improved business performance.
Support the Lead Data Analyst with delivery of quarterly priorities while balancing ad hoc requests from the business
Collaborate with the broader Analysis & Insights team to share learnings, best practices, and contribute to team discussions and projects
Produce and maintain Local Work Instructions for all reports produced to ensure business continuity

Expertise in using data to unlock business opportunities and drive improved business performance
Strong analytical skills with a capacity to interpret data, tell compelling stories, and provide actionable recommendations that align with business goals.
Experience in working with business stakeholders and with an ability to use their understanding of the business to proactively shape their analysis.
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI and DAX
Working knowledge of Python and experience using DevOps is advantageous
