Pay Rate: £34,000 - £35,000 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 Some Flexibility required Location: Hatfield - AL10 8XF DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Data Analyst to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs.
  • Work with large datasets to provide accurate forecasts, assess operational efficiency, and evaluate performance
  • Ensure that the labour plans reflect and balance both the needs of our customer and operation, calling out and highlighting any risks to service or additional expenditure
  • Analyse and present complex data/scenarios in simplified terminology to large audiences in person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the logistics, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain sectors
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, x lookup, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
