We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., The Data Analyst will work closely with the FP&A team (Commercial and Residential sector) and wider business heads and support staff. Ultimately, the FP&A team within which this role sits is responsible for providing financial and management reporting, planning, analysis and guidance to key stakeholders to help drive optimal decision-making and successful business strategies.

The role will include analysis, uploading of datasets and the production of regular reporting. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the business and support a highly engaged and embedded team that supports a range of business units making up >£400m t/o business.

Responsibilities

Regular (monthly) departmental/service line performance and management reporting (Excel via SAP AFO)

Work in progress (monthly) collation and upload of data into SAP BPC

Support in planning (periodic) for budget and forecast

Ensuring accurate plan data is uploaded and reflected in the system in a timely manner

Wider support for FP&A team (finance analysts and business partners) as required

Minimum 1 year reporting experience

Experience with financial and/or numerical data

Collaboration skills with the ability to work with finance and stakeholders across the business

Handling large/complex datasets and identifying anomalies

Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills

Aptitude to learn new systems quickly

Ability to communicate/simplify complex and/or detailed financial information

Knowledge of SAP (BPC, OHP, AFO, Business Objects) - desirable

Strong organisational skills and effective time management with the ability to handle working under pressure and tight deadlines.
