Minerva Learning Trust is a multi-academy trust dedicated to providing excellent education for students across the North East of England. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our data team as a Data Analyst Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in data and a desire to build a rewarding career in the educational sector. In this role, you will be part of a supportive team responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to inform decision-making across the Trust. In this role, you'll work towards your Data Analyst Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job:
- Source data from various systems including SIMS, Satchel One, MS Forms, internal databases, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with data entry, formatting, and exporting data based on stakeholder requests.
- Analyse structured data from SIMS and STEP platforms.
- Extract insights from unstructured data like Ofsted inspection reports and parent evening feedback.
- Create clear and concise reports using tables, charts, and graphs to present data for analysis.
- Deliver data requests on SIMS and STEP platforms. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
- A minimum of a Grade C/4 or equivalent in both Maths and English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to build a career in data analysis, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
Competitive salary of £17,770.00 - Working Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
- 3:30pm finish on Friday
