As a Data Analyst, you will be at the heart of our data analysis and reporting efforts across various business areas. You will work closely with our data team and internal stakeholders, from data preparation to advanced analytical analysis, helping the business solve complex problems.,

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and use machine learning techniques to build segmentations, regression models, and other advanced analytics.
• Future Planning: Anticipate future data needs and collaborate with other teams to ensure data availability.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Insight Delivery: Deliver valuable insights to support operational needs and strategic planning.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning/GenAI., Continuous Improvement: Takes initiative to improve and make things better.
• Research: Scans the external environment for techniques, data, and insights to inform decisions and enhance capabilities.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Excellent proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to build segmentations, regression models, and other predictive analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity or interest in GenAI solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
