Full Job Description
- Analyse and cleanse large volumes of HR data to improve quality before migration.
- Perform Datamodelling, lineage, standardisation, and classification of reference/master data.
- Identify data issues and recommend solutions through root-cause, gap, and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map data requirements and triage data quality.
- Create data quality metrics, reports, and validation routines.
- Present insights using Power BI and develop business cases based on findings.
HR systems expertise and data structure knowledge. - Strong experience with data quality, migration, and modelling.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel (Power Query/Pivot), and ideally Python.
- Stakeholder management and effective communication of technical data concepts.
- Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
