Data Analyst & IT Administrator

We are a progressive GP practice dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Data Analyst & IT Administrator to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting our Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and enhancing service delivery by combining expertise in data analysis with IT system administration.

This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to combine data analysis and IT administration to help improve patient care and operational efficiency. You will support our practice in meeting QOF targets, driving the enhancement of services, and ensuring the IT infrastructure runs smoothly to support our clinical and administrative teams.

Proven experience in a Data Analyst or IT support role, ideally in a healthcare or GP practice setting.

Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).

Strong IT skills with hands-on experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and network support.

Good understanding of GDPR and other relevant healthcare data protection standards.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
