Data Analyst - Kite Consulting

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Hub team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our corporate account managers and field consultants while working directly with our valued Kite clients. Your primary focus will be on data management, collation, and verification, with a mix of administrative and client-facing responsibilities. You will also have an important role in delivering projects that are essential to our business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high standards of quality control.,

• Administer and deliver data for key projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Liaise with account managers to meet team targets and deadlines.
• Identify and implement solutions to resolve delivery issues or risks.
• Produce and develop data extracts, reports, and insights tailored to client needs.
• Work with systems like Xero, including setting up accounts and demonstrating the platform to farmers.
• Provide direct client support, including on-farm visits and assistance to our on-farm data collection team.
• Coordinate client queries and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Apply new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilise and maintain corporate portals and liaise with IT specialists to build platforms as required.
• Engage in project management and problem-solving activities as needed.
  
  Advanced in Excel skills and proficient in Power BI, with experience in data analysis?
• Confident to liaise and work with account managers, field consultants, and corporate clients?
• Interested in providing on-farm client support and handling various data management tasks?
• Looking for a flexible, work-from-home role with the potential for career development?, Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Innovative and forward thinking.
• Data analysis experience with a good eye for accuracy and detail.
• Knowledge of web-based technologies for delivering products and services.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collabrate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability with a high level of numeracy and logic.
• A full clean driving licence is required, as the role includes occasional travel for meetings and client visits.
• Experience with Xero or knowledge of accounting systems. (Desirable)
• Project management experience would be beneficial. (Desirable)
