We are now seeking Data Analysts (NR – Training). This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in helping our teams by preparing and analysing data in our Milton Keynes Office.

What Does an Average Day for a Data Analyst (NR – Training) Look Like?

As a Data Analyst, you will gather and review training data, update our information tools, and ensure our data is accurate and reliable. In addition to these technical tasks, you will actively manage and engage with stakeholders, using your interpersonal skills to communicate findings and address inquiries about training data. You will analyse data and offer strategic advice, helping others optimise the use of our data systems while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in managing data, and proficiency in using databases and spreadsheets. In addition to these technical abilities, the candidate should excel in stakeholder management and engagement, leveraging their interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships. The ability to work methodically and meet deadlines is also crucial for success in this role, ensuring that data-driven insights are delivered efficiently and collaboratively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather and review training-related data to create a repository of information.

  • Update our information management tools regularly to support reporting and stakeholder needs.

  • Ensure the data we use is accurate, complete, and reliable.

  • Respond to queries about training data.

  • Analyse data processing times and suggest improvements for managing and reporting data.

  • Provide expert advice and support to help others use our data systems effectively.

    · Experience of data management quality processes


  • · Experience of systems and software engineering processes and procedures

    · Strong analytical skills

    · Expert user level in database and spreadsheet construction, analysis and maintenance capability

    · Proven ability to work systematically and meet deadlines

    Desirable
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle models
