Our Private Clients Department caters to a discerning clientele, providing bespoke insurance products and unparalleled customer service. We are now seeking a dynamic Data and Analytics Lead to join our team and drive strategic initiatives aligned to the APC vison and transformation.
A bit about the job:
As the Data and Analytics Lead for our Private Clients Department, you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives to enhance data led operational efficiency, improve client experience, and optimise delivery of information that drives business decisions. You will continuously improve a framework for data insights, to inspire change, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This role would suit someone who understands how a general insurance business operates and is looking to be a key player within a COO team that is transforming our Private Clients Department.
In this role you will be working collaboratively with the Private Client team and key stakeholders across Aviva GI. You will be responsible for ensuring a dynamic, leading business has the insight it needs to fulfil its ambitions. In conjunction with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for enabling APC to become increasingly data driven in its decision making.

  • Proven track record of strategic thinking and execution

  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated ability to instil data led thinking

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with key stakeholders and experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

  • Strong presentational skills and Ability to synthesise complex information and suggest solution / actions

  • Starting salary circa £85,000 for London and circa £75,000 for National (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
