Full Job Description

The allocation of new capacity within data centers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deployments meet deadlines. Review data center power and cooling capacity reports to determine if they are tracking against the plan. Create and manage data center capacity plans for allocated facilities in coordination with the Planning and Service Teams. Create decommissioning plans and hand-off to project team. Handle daily work through internal tooling and ticketing systems. Ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and audit trails are maintained. Documentation of activities and tracking of progress through internal ticketing system with strict alignment to SOPs. Review, action incoming and open tickets, and prioritize work based on ticket severity. 3-5 years working in an IT environment. Excellent time management skills. Displays competency in the fundamentals of critical infrastructure that support data centers. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of server/storage/network hardware systems and components. Dependable and trustworthy. Technical writing skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Be a good team player. Preferred Qualifications 2-year or 4-year degree or relevant work experience 2 + years of enterprise data center experience Requirements: 3-5 years working in an IT environment.
