Full Job Description
Accountability of all aspects of the day-to-day Operation, QHSE and Risk management in support of the Technical Manager across the site including the management of the white space power to the clients IT Racks Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment, and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.
- To conduct regular reviews of operating procedures, not limiting to logbooks, QHSE, observations, audits, EOP's, SOP's and electrical safety programs, making recommendations for improvements.
- To manage all documentation and records ensuring accuracy for audit, conduct regular reviews, and updating information for all aspects of work.
- Act as the site Risk Champion to manage all site related risks in conjunction with the operations director and technical manager.
- Site wide understanding of H&S best practices to meet all QHSE contractual requirement.
- Assist the Technical Manager with planning and implementation of forthcoming M&E operations.
- Actively pursue any reasonable management requests in support of the contract that fall outside main job role.
- Creation of the white space procedure for the energising and de-energising of all IT racks within the IT white space across the data centre.
- Work with the change manager to ensure changes are completed and approved ahead of any energisation's woks.
- Liaise with Client and Tenant and ensure all white space power works are captured and planned through service now and the change process.
- Management of the day operations team and in support or the shift manager.
- Creation of site SOP/EOP & MOP's.
- Issue safety documentation and provide HV/LV support by completing the AP process. People management
- Daily management of the day operations team to ensuring compliance with CBRE processes and procedures, including Mock drills.
- Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward to the day team.
- Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Deliver training plans for direct reports., Actively identify and implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to exceed the client's expectations.
- Promote and maintain CBRE work ethics and culture, following the RISE values.
- High level of trust and integrity whilst handling confidential information.
- Obtain full Security Clearance.

Experience of working in a fast paced, operational environment. - Strong relationship management with colleagues, clients and sub-contractors demonstrating excellent communication / influencing skills.
- Excellent IT skills, competent across Microsoft Office programs.
- Good communication etiquette.
- Strong organisational abilities ensuring all documentation is stored and auditable.
- Experience with a CAFM system is desirable.
- HV AP is desirable.
- IOSH managing safety certification desirable.
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Build and develop relationships with key business and account stakeholders.
