Full Job Description

We're looking for a Data Co-ordinator, working for our Data Management team. Supporting our global based business you'll help to ensure our data is accurate and efficiently managed for our internal and external customers. Your main focus will be accurate, timely and efficent data entry across a wide variety of information topics. In addition you'll play a key role in checking the quality of the data, managing queries and resolving issues, to create an environment where data flows smoothly and accurately across our businesses.

We're looking for our new Data Co-ordinator to have a mix of exceptional data entry skills, pro-active approach to managing daily activities and a keen eye for the details. To be successful in this role we're looking for you to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience of handling large amounts of information/data, specifically data entry, would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of working with computers using a variety of digital skills
  • Previous experience successfully working at speed and accurately across your daily tasks
  • Previouis experience of working to service levels and taregts
  • Experience working quickly and accurately with data
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of database systems
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and other word processing tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Comfortable in an ever changing environment
