Full Job Description

We are looking for a Data Development Manager to lead a dynamic, cross-functional data delivery team responsible for the design, build, and testing of data integration solutions across our portfolio of projects. The team will also be tasked with implementing enhancements and change requests to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality services and solutions., As a Data Development Manager at Sage, you will have a solid background in data delivery and an understanding of the challenges that come with delivering sensitive data in a timely and secure manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts, Data Developers and Data Testers.
  • Identify the best integration approaches and implement high quality standards to ensure the delivery of sustainable, pragmatic solutions aligned with the technology strategy.
  • Deliver high-quality data services that meet business needs and fully address requirements and test cases.
  • Engage actively in a responsive Agile culture focused on delivery excellence.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and be accountable for outcomes.

    Proven experience in managing teams of data specialists.
  • Familiarity with Informatica, Snowflake, and AWS would be advantageous.
  • Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience in delivering optimal data services and participating in architectural decisions, with accountability for outcomes.
