Full Job Description
We seek a talented Data Scientist with expertise in AI algorithm development, computer vision, forecasting, and deep learning. As part of our team, you'll design and fine-tune machine learning models, apply computer vision techniques to analyze visual data, and predict future values using time series analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication are essential. Proficiency in Python, deep learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras), and real-world problem-solving is a must. Join us in driving innovation across diverse domains. Main Missions:
- Gather and organize data from various sources.
- Automate data collection processes to ensure efficiency.
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle both structured (e.g., databases) and unstructured (e.g., text) data.
- Conduct statistical analyses on large datasets to discover trends and patterns.
- Use tools like R, SQL, and Python for data analysis.
- Build Predictive Models and Machine-Learning Algorithms:
- Develop models to address business problems.
- Utilize machine-learning techniques to forecast future trends and behaviors.
- Experience in computer vision
- Combine multiple models to improve accuracy and robustness.
- Create visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to communicate findings effectively.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams., Ensure a safe working environment by following and supporting the Company's working practices,
- comply with all relevant HSE legislation and local policies and procedures - Additional Responsibilities detailed in the HS&E Manual.
- Ensure peers and members in the department comply with TS16949 policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a relevant field. - Proven experience as a Data Scientist.
- Understanding of machine learning and operations research.
- Proficiency in R, SQL, and Python.
- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop).
- Analytical mindset and business acumen.
- Strong math skills (e.g., statistics, algebra).
- Result oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
