Full Job Description
We are seeking an organised and efficient Data Entry Clerk/Finance Officer to join our busy Finance Department at Ocean Park House, Cardiff. This hybrid role offers a 3/2 split between office and remote work. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for entering financial data into our accounting system, analysing data for accurate postings, reviewing, and entering bank transactions, and processing weekly learner allowance payments.
You will also support the Procurement Manager with purchasing functions and assist Senior Finance Officers with daily accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will have an AAT qualification or be willing to work towards it.

What we need from you:
Experience in data entry/analysis type role
Experience of working within Excel
Knowledge and understanding of Excel
AAT qualification (or willing to work towards)
Attention to detail
Methodical Approach
Excellent IT Skills with programs such as Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Contract term: Permanent
Hours: Full time and part time hours will be considered
Location: Hybrid (3/2 split)
Salary: £26,375 rising to £29,540 per annum (pro rata for part time)
