Data and Exams Manager

Required to start as soon as possible

Band 8 £38,223 - £40,221 FTE (actual pro rata salary £34,562)

36.25 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks (i.e. 41 weeks)

We are looking to recruit a Data and Exams Manager to lead on the provision, and ongoing development of effective management information and data services for our school, to ensure a consistent school wide focus on students' achievements, to measure and monitor progress. The Data and Exams Manager will be responsible for the administration, organisation and smooth running of all internal and external examinations in accordance with the regulations laid down by the awarding bodies, and for the reporting and analysis of data and targets relating to student achievement.

In addition to possessing excellent organisational, IT, interpersonal and communication skills, candidates must be innovative, highly numerate with logical, analytical and Excel skills. You must be able to prioritise, remain calm under pressure and show initiative. Candidates must also be team players and demonstrate a professional approach in dealing with students, staff and parents. Ideally you will have experience of using Arbor.
