Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Data Strategy Implementation Programme at the University of Oxford. As the Data Improvement Officer, you will work very closely with the Data Governance Manager in the designing and maturing of data governance and data quality across the university. Your role will revolve around assessing existing data processes, pinpointing areas of improvement, fostering collaboration between stakeholders and exchanging strategies to boost accuracy and reliability. You will bring with you:
- Experience of collaboration and engagement, including business change management.
- Experience in data modelling, ability to analyse data and data reporting skills
- Experience in organising workshops, delivering presentations and very good interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand the change processes and ability to guide others through it.
- Proficiency in developing and improving data definitions, standards, and quality monitoring.
