Full Job Description

About us

LAE Tottenham seeks to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic individual to help play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of our educational programs, interventions, and initiatives, both within the school and longer term for our alumni.

LAE Tottenham is a selective 16-19 free school, which offers a rigorous academic curriculum alongside a broad co-curricular programme and exceptional pastoral support enabling students to access high tariff universities. In 2023-24, over 75% of students won places at Russell Group universities, from a cohort in which 50% of students had been eligible for free school meals at secondary school.

The Data & Insights Lead role will help us become sector leader in supporting students from lower income backgrounds to achieve the highest academic outcomes and this new role has been created so we can ensure we are fulfilling that mission.

The role is advertised on a 40 hours per week basis and is term-time plus two weeks. It is offered on a fixed-term contract for 3 academic years.
