About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Management and User Support Officer to join a core team within Academic Registry which is an integral part of the University.

You will support the Assistant Registrar: Data Management and User Support in facilitating institutional business processes through effective development, configuration and deployment of the Student Records System (SRS) across all Faculties and relevant service areas.

You will provide high quality data management and user support relating to the Student Records System (SRS), ensuring that all outputs from the system are fit for purpose to meet both internal and external requirements. Adopting best practice in relation to using the University's Student Record System (SRS) and to embed this standard across the University by providing core and non-core users with advice, guidance and support in the operation of the system.

Experience in operating a student record system or similar large database
Ability to deliver accurate data and excellent attention to detail
Ability to plan and effectively prioritise a busy workload to defined deadlines
Competence in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to deliver high standards of work under pressure, whilst ensuring accuracy
Ability to work effectively on you own initiative and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
