Full Job Description

As a voluntary-aided school of over 2,000 students including a thriving Sixth Form of over 500 students, JFS is one of the top schools in the country for both attainment and progress, but more importantly, a place where we hope children grow into excellent adults prepared for everything ahead of them. Named the 2023 Top-Performing state school of the year in the 'Sunday Times' list as well as achieving a Progress 8 score of +1.20, placing it in the top 30 secondary schools nationally, we are proud of our results, but recognise that they only form a small part of what schools should aim to achieve.

We are looking for a Data Manager to join our school on a fixed-term basis for maternity cover. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple deadlines effectively. The role of a Data Manager at JFS is to help ensure the smooth operation of our MIS system for staff, parents, and students. You will collaborate closely with a team of colleagues, and we will provide full support to help you succeed in your role.

We believe that JFS is an excellent place to work and develop but you should not just take us at our word. If you have any questions at all then please do contact me directly using david.moody@Jfs.brent.sch.uk and I will be happy to organise a visit for you or answer any questions that you may have. Nothing is more important to us than finding like-minded people to join us and so please do get in touch.
