Full Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Data Officer to join our Data & Insight team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our data systems and ensuring their integrity, accuracy, and compliance., As a Data Officer, you'll support our data processes and help optimise their use across the Association. Your main responsibilities will include:
+ Maintaining high standards of data quality through regular checks and processes.
+ Monitoring data imports, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure they meet organisational needs.
+ Collaborating with Data Team colleagues to develop, test, and implement streamlined data processes.
+ Producing clear documentation for data procedures to assist users.
+ Building queries in our CRM to support internal and external stakeholders.
+ Providing training and inductions to users on CRM systems.
+ Manage and action requests from across the Association within agreed SLAs. Managing data integration errors and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers as needed.
+ Supporting teams with data handling processes, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

+ Experience working with CRM databases (experience with Raiser's Edge and Dynamics 365 is a plus).
+ Knowledge of database processes and bulk data imports.
+ Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding data quality and accuracy.
+ Strong skills in Excel and/or Access for data manipulation.
+ A proven ability to manage competing tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Clear communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
+ Confidence in delivering training on data systems to diverse user groups.
+ A solid understanding of data compliance and privacy legislation., + Experience working with CRM databases.
+ Experience undertaking a variety of bulk data import processes in a CRM.
+ Ability to identify and resolve issues with data quality and accuracy.
