Full Job Description
We have an exciting part time opportunity to help us deliver on our contract by capturing and analysing data and providing back-office and administrative support. This is a one-year fixed time role, working 10 hours per week. There will be some flexibility on the working pattern so would suit people who have other commitments.
The role will primarily support the team to identify and engage parents-to-be, parents and carers of children under 5 in the Borough, Bankside and Walworth (BBW) area, to take up services and activities that would benefit them and their children. You will support developing an outreach plan for the BBW area and provide administrative and communication support to the Coin Street Family and Children's Centre (FCC) team.
- A good standard of education to GCSE level Maths and English (grade C or above)
- Background in administration or customer service experience
- Experience of using excel to analyse data and create reports
