Job Title: Data and Process Analyst Salary: Starting from £38,000 plus and excellent benefits package Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid working 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights. Ensure branch systems are functioning correctly and perform routine maintenance checks and updates. Support with new system implementation. Identify inefficiencies in branch operations and suggest improvements. Coordinate with other departments to support branch initiatives and projects. Work closely with the wider services department to deal with ad-hoc system enquiries. Look at processes and how we are using data, recommending improvements. Accurately input data into our bespoke systems, with excellent attention to detail.

    Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally, proactively keeping them informed and up to date. Data Driven - the ability to use data to paint a picture for the business. Team Player - understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support. Adaptable - enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable completing a range of varied tasks. Analytical - working with excellent attention to detail, understanding the story behind the data.
