Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our PFI Handback and Dispute team. Your role will involve managing and analyzing data for individual PFI contracts, ensuring all services meet legal, statutory, and client specifications. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the contract operates efficiently and maintains full compliance, facilitating a smooth transition process.

Main Duties

  • Support Team Objectives: Assist the Head of PFI Handback and the Senior Commercial Manager in achieving the PFI Handback Programme objectives, including the implementation and maintenance of PFI Handback Processes and Tools.

  • Administrative Responsibilities: Manage all administrative duties, including the compilation, organization, and maintenance of contract and compliance data, ensuring secure and accurate filing.

  • Data Analysis and Problem Resolution: Conduct data gap analyses for each PFI contract, resolve discrepancies by liaising with site teams, contractors, and suppliers, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.

  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, maintain data security and confidentiality, and prepare regular reports on data processing activities, highlighting challenges and opportunities.

  • General Clerical Duties: Handle general clerical tasks such as filing and copying data.

  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide support for any additional tasks as directed by the Head of PFI Handback and the Senior Commercial Manager.

  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel and work from different locations and with various teams is essential.
