Full Job Description

We're looking for a Data Product Owner to join our Data Product Services team within our Data department. This role supports the RNLI by providing strategic data and technology utilisation and direction for our Fundraising, Media and Marketing teams to support income generation and improved supporter experience through digitisation., As a Data Product Owner, you will focus on the following areas:

  • Developing and executing a CRM replacement roadmap for the RNLI from On-Prem to SAAS system
  • Shaping strategic direction through your knowledge of internal and external digital technology capabilities.
  • Cultivating and maintaining effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders involved in the CRM programme, including end-users, business process owners, subject matter experts, and functional managers.

    You'll be a technology or change specialist with a solid background in data and/or the design and development of end-to-end data-centric solutions. You should have good communication skills and an enthusiasm for knowledge growth in the data or CRM space. You will also be used to working with non-technical people on one side and technicians on the other., Significant experience with a CRM, Marketing Technology and/or Data Automation.
  • Experience of adopting a user-centred/personalised approach.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • The ability to analyse data and action the insight.
