Full Job Description

We are looking for a Data Protection Administrator to play a key role in supporting the operational activities required to ensure Evri maintains data protection controls and remains compliant with all applicable Data Privacy regulations. The key responsibility for this role is the timely processing and completion of individual rights' requests submitted by data subjects.   • Responsibility for Individual Rights processes
  • + Documenting and keeping up to date protection operational procedures and identifying opportunities for efficiencies and automation. + Executing requests received from Data Subjects. + Monitoring and managing the data protection internal inbox. + Flagging any complex privacy-related queries to the Data Protection team. + Ensuring the centralised log for data subjects rights requests is kept up to date (in line with ICO guidelines).
  • Ensuring knowledge and awareness of data protection requirements is thoroughly maintained, supporting the information risk awareness manager where appropriate

    Experience working with and clear understanding of GDPR and other significant Data Privacy regulations applicable to Evri.
  • Ability to interpret diverse data sets.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • CIPP/E, CIPM or other relevant qualifications would be advantageous
