Full Job Description

We are looking for a Data Protection Assistant to assist the Data Protection Officer in ensuring compliance with data protection legislation and to help ensure Foxtons' data security policies and procedures. As a Data Protection Assistant, your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Monitor the email inbox for all incoming privacy queries and requests and be the first point of contact in this respect
  • Prepare responses to data subject access requests (DSARs) and other requests (as appropriate) which includes reviewing internal systems to identify personal data and compiling a complete response comprising all relevant documentation
  • Liaise with the Information Commissioner's Office, as may be required
  • Maintain records and assist with data processing audits
  • Any other tasks which may be required by the DPO on an ad hoc basis

    Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience of handling subject access requests is essential;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
