Full Job Description
In the role of Data and Purchasing Administrator you will support the effective operation of the purchasing systems, JTI J-SOX controls and operating guidelines procedures. You will analyse data and supply managed reporting to the Crewe management team. You will also operate the purchase requisition system and support managers with purchase order approvals. You will create and operate controls to track the progress and any delays within these systems, and you will maintain information to ensure timely tender processes and contract renewals within the JTI PPO and BAP systems. You will support full compliance with the JTI operating guidelines, both global and local by advising and assisting users with the requirement for and completion of Baps and Memos. You will communicate any changes to the operating guidelines and their application to UK Logistics and collate and analyse data from systems both on and off the Crewe site for producing management reports and analytical charts as and when required. You will review current and future data collection methods and reports to ensure contained information remains relevant and produce additional requested data and analysis on an ad hoc basis. You will monitor and administer the J-SOX controls assigned to UK Logistics, developing and maintaining management reporting that details site compliance and highlight any issues that may arise and communicate with the management team on any changes to the controls or the ways in which they are applied and to conduct periodical audits
- Good standard of education to GCSE standard or equivalent
- At least 1 year's administration experience
- Data analysis experience is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
- SAP knowledge would be advantageous

- Fluency in English

This position is a fixed-term, part-time contract (26 hours a week) covering maternity leave., In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,585 per annum dependent on experience.
