We are looking to recruit a Band 7 Data and Quality Improvement working in the Talking Therapies team across Berkshire. You will already be working as an enthusiastic and experienced Data & QI Manager, who has a can-do attitude, is innovative and has great people skills. You will have leadership experience and be able to demonstrate continuous improvement in the work that you do. Showing effective management skills, you will take responsibility for the management members of the Business Support Team in Talking Therapies.
Working closely with the Operational and Performance Manager the post holder will lead and manage various operational and business requirements of Talking Therapies Berkshire. The role will lead on key projects and innovations for the business support team. They will lead and support with service improvement projects, updating care pathways, managing admin budgets and supporting service managers with capacity and demand planning, · Management and leadership of members of the Business Support Team
· Support service managers withs capacity and demand planning
· Ensure that Talking Therapies sites run effectively by having the right resources, equipment and operational support
· Working alongside the Operational and Performance Manager and to deputise as and when required
· Developing and improving non-clinical processes and systems to support teams across the service work smoothly and efficiently

1. Recent operational management experience within a large primary care mental health service
2. Experience of leading and managing large non-clinical teams
3. Evidence of managing projects across multi disciplines
4. Car driver with ability and readiness to travel to multiple sites
