Full Job Description

The Intelligence Centre team in the Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care System (ICS) have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Data Quality Lead to enhance their existing team, to contribute to the improvement and of the quality, completeness and accuracy of the data being shared across the systems to fulfil the system's clinical, operation and national obligationsWe are looking for an enthusiastic leader who can coordinate data quality across the ICS. The post holder will work with the workstream leader to develop and manage the Data Quality work for the Intelligence Centre with accountability for the development and delivery of work to improve the quality of the data the whole system collects, analyses and uses to drive better decisions for the benefit patients, service users and their families and communities. The post holder will be required to manage the improvement plan and chair of the ICS Data Quality group meeting., ensuring that the, The Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Integrated Care System (ICS) have four key purposes:o Improve outcomes in population health and healthcare.o Tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience and access.o Enhance productivity and value for money.o Help the NHS support broader social and economic development.

appropriate resources are utilised to meet the Intelligence Data Centre prioritiesThe post holder should be a graduate with a relevant post graduate qualification, preferably in the specialist field of medical/health statistics, Data Quality and/or with experience in a similar role in the NHS or large complex organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, IT and problem solving skills, with some experience of using an analytical tools and a logical approach to problem solving
