Full Job Description
This position is available as a secondment opportunity until 28/02/2027. If you are a permanent LBC employee, you must have written approval (an email will suffice) from your manager prior to applying and a copy will need to be submitted with your application. We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in partnership working, particularly within the voluntary, charity arts and creative sectors. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex data, including audience, participant and volunteer information, and preparing detailed reports to ensure smooth operations and strategic decision-making. You'll be the go-to person for putting in place frameworks for collecting project and partnership data and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to do this.
Ideally with knowledge of project evaluation and reporting processes, you'll have oversight to ensure we're always measuring our impact and meeting the expectations of grant-funded programs.
This position offers a variety of challenges, from managing competing priorities to ensuring that robust processes are in place for collecting and making sense of project data, putting together reports to funders and helping to present data to partners and stakeholders to support project advocacy. With excellent IT skills, you'll work with a variety of Microsoft tools to streamline processes and keep the team on track.

You'll be confident in maintaining relationships with stakeholders, with the ability to influence and support when needed. Your excellent organisational skills, paired with the ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively, will make you a key player in our team.
You'll also bring some knowledge of project evaluation processes and grant reporting, particularly for government and arts funding. With qualifications such as Level 3 (A Levels) or 4 (BTEC foundation) in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience, you'll be ready to hit the ground running.
