Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Data Scientist who is passionate about the business benefits and adoption of generative AI and machine learning technologies., Our Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for the design, execution and delivery of AI solutions across the business. You will help drive innovation in this space, run pilot studies and proof of concepts and embed new AI capabilities for data strategy. You will use current knowledge of data science, LLMs and GenAI as part of your tool kit to help drive change, adoption of new technologies and delivery of compelling benefits to the business.

  • Experience of applying AI in a commercial business, including generative AI and Machine Learning.

  • Extensive knowledge of data exploitation capabilities including analytics, advanced analytics, machine learning, data visualisation and reporting

  • Some experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Likely to have experience with Python, R, SQL or SAS.

  • Experience of working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Financial/banking sector experience desirable but not essential.
