As a line manager for two small sub teams and also as a Deputy Records Manager, this role can help with your personal development and people management skills.

As the Data Security & Protection lead for the Trust, you will be responsible for the successful completion, submission and audit of the new Data Security & Protection Toolkit., Leading on creation, monitoring, review and submission of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Information Sharing Agreements (ISAs), Data Security & Protection related Trust policies and processes, support and input for contracts and procurement.

Monitoring and maintaining excellent 97% and above current mandatory Data Security and Protection compliance.

Leading Trust risk and incident response around Data Security & Protection helping to raise awareness and provide support for lessons learned. Responsible for reporting Data Security & Protection incidents externally via Toolkit and ICO.

Supporting wider Trust Data Security & Protection 'Team' including SIRO and Caldicott Guardian. Responsible for new and annual refresher training for Information Asset Owners (IAOs) and supporting Administrators. In turn taking a lead role around the Trust Information Asset Register and Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).
