Full Job Description
Working towards a foundation apprenticeship in Business Administration and ensuring that all learner documentation is processed in a timely manner ensuring that Welsh Government requirements are met.,
- Processing Learner documentation in a timely manner in line with the Welsh government programme specifications and CTC operational requirements.
- Processing data for all operational units on Yeti to ensure that all reporting systems are up to date.
- Liaising with Heads of Department with regard to arranging for delivery or collection of learner certification.
- Liaising with the Contract Manager with regard to updates for all contract review meetings.
- Attending department and operation unit meetings where required.
- Data processing and assuring across the administration team where required.
- Any other duties as requested by the Director of Finance and Administration and CTC Directors.
- Work safely, consider the safety of others and work within the guidelines stated in the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
- Ensure the security of all Company assets and data
- Work flexibly, to accommodate the fluctuations in data processing
- Resolve routine problems that arise, seeking support and guidance from the line manager as required and show a positive response to problem solving.
- Ensure all data processing and administration functions are carried out in line with the Company's ISMS policies and procedures
- To comply with the Company's Safeguarding policies at all times
- To comply with the Company's Equality policies and legislation
- To support the organisations core values
- Attend any relevant training / personal development programmes
Excellent telephone skills, with a confident and friendly telephone manner. - Bilingual with ability to converse fluently in English and Welsh (desirable).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively by telephone
- The ability to work autonomously and also effectively with others
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexibility, confidentiality and tact.
