Full Job Description

The Data Value Creation and Operations Lead is responsible for driving scalable growth and operational efficiency through strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

They will collaborate closely with the Director of Data Value Creation and Operations to implement and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader DPPA goals.

In this role, you will also support the Director of Data Programs and Operations by helping to implement strategic initiatives, optimize operational frameworks, manage financial performance, and lead special projects. This role fosters cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and innovation across VMO2's data platforms and products., Business Planning & Operations:

  • Maintain a centralized operations roadmap aligned with KPIs.

  • Create and manage a reporting framework for continuous improvement.

  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and executing efficiency opportunities.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement recommendations.

  • Provide strategic planning input.


  • Cloud FinOps Product Financial and Cloud FinOps Optimization:
  • Establish processes to manage budgets and optimize financial performance.

  • Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Support alignment with budgeting and internal finance processes.


  • Operational Excellence:
  • Develop and enhance operational frameworks for scalability.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Special Projects Leadership and Execution:
  • Lead and integrate special projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Coordinate between internal and external projects.

  • Handle ad-hoc projects and shifting priorities.


  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Ensure regular updates and transparent communication.

  • Support communication strategies to boost visibility and support. Manage key stakeholder relationships to enhance collaboration.

  • Implement strategies and decisions to ensure operational alignment.

    Strong analytical and consultative approach, with experience in collaborating with stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds

  • Previous experience growing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling tight deadlines, and have a passion for optimizing and scaling operations

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results without direct authority

  • Experience in handling budgets, optimizing financial performance, and providing financial insights and recommendations.

  • Proven track record to develop and improve operational frameworks, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive operational efficiency.
