Full Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative to the clinical team and the role will focus on supporting a positive patient experience within the service. The post holder will work closely with the service teams and receive support and training as required to fulfil the role.

  • To work as part of the Medical Day Care team, providing and efficient administrative and reception service.
  • To book patient day care procedures accurately
  • To ensure all patients, visitors and staff are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To act professionally and courteously at all times.
  • The post holder will be required to manage and prioritise their own workload.
  • Comply with all Trust policies including Data Quality and the Access Policy

    We are seeking to appoint to the post of Day Care Administrator within the Medical Day Care Unit at Central Middlesex Hospital. You will be a confident and clear communicator possessing excellent typing and verbal skills. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy and experience in prioritising workloads.
