Full Job Description

Would you like a varied and rewarding role, supporting people and working in a team? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking to recruit a full time Day Service Coordinator working 37 hours per week.
Our day services support people who have Learning Disabilities and/or Autism with high levels of need. This is an opportunity to be part of a service which makes a real difference to the lives of those people and their families.
About the role:
Our Coordinators fulfil an essential role, leading the day to day running of support activities in our day services. Duties include: opening up the building, arranging transport runs, allocating staff duties, overseeing the running of the service, coordinating staff breaks, ensuring any meetings, appointments or training happen as planned and any medication is administered as required. We need people who are reliable, pro-active and passionate about giving the people we support the best experience possible when they come to our service.
Coordinators are expected to complete supervisions for support workers and ancillary staff.
