As a team manager, you will be at the forefront of our mental health social work services, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality offer to people who need our help and support as we meet our statutory obligations.
You will lead a team of senior social workers, social workers and mental health reablement workers, providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure best practices are adhered to.
This role is vital in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and rights of individuals with care and support needs. We work extremely closely with our colleagues in partner services to ensure that our service users always benefit from a multi-disciplinary approach. You will be confident in working with a variety of partners across operational platforms.
You will lead your team and will receive regular support and supervision from the Senior Manager. You will be part of a wider network of team managers. You will be supported to build excellent working relationships with staff, residents and partners, to make our vision a reality.
We invest in our workforce and are immensely proud to be in the top 5 social work employers in the country in the Standards for Employers of Social Workers Health Check 2024.
