DBS0812 New Homes Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team working 22.2 hours across three days, in allocating and letting our homes.

We are looking for a flexible individual, who is well organised and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience in a high performing environment.

As a New Homes Officer, you will have experience of working in the social housing sector or a customer facing role. An understanding of housing allocations and lettings would be advantageous. You will have experience of delivering a high level of customer service, providing advice and assistance to those seeking rehousing, and supporting customers into their new homes.

You will be required to complete verification checks to confirm the suitability of new tenants and also ensure allocations are sustainable, in line with North Tyneside Council's Lettings Policy.

You will be a team player with a flexible approach to work.
