DBS0860 Social Worker

At North Tyneside Council, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently looking for a social worker to join us in our Adult Learning Disability team.

You'll be joining a passionate team of dedicated transition workers, enablement staff and social workers who work alongside people with learning disabilities and their families throughout their lives.

You'll work with individuals and carers to maximise independence and social inclusion through strengths-based interventions, working closely with health professionals and partner agencies to provide personalised, empowering support.
