DBS0867 Tenancy and Financial Support Officer

The primary purpose of the role of our Tenancy and Financial Support Officers is to ensure our tenants sustain their tenancy through proactive intervention and by delivering a range of advice, support, prevention and enforcement measures to ensure tenants needs are met.

You will have an excellent working knowledge of Universal Credit (UC) and other Welfare Benefits. You will have experience of working with vulnerable customers and the ability to quickly develop a good working relationship with them.

Based in our new state of the art offices in Killingworth you will work as part of a highly motivated team which is proactive and customer focused. You will work primarily with tenants who are dealing with significant change in their lives, who need additional help and support. By working with and supporting our tenants we contribute to the housing services aim to deliver clean, safe and thriving places where people want to live

The successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer care skills and a commitment to delivering high quality customer focused housing services.
