Full Job Description

  • To attend site prior to works commencing to ensure site is ready for attendance.
  • Provide support in developing project plans and budgets in collaboration with client stakeholders.
  • Supervision of all aspects of ICT installation projects (Fibre, Copper, Rack and Stack etc)
  • To attend client project meetings alongside the Project Manager, whether that be in person or via Teams etc.
  • Liaising with the General Contractors to ensure the installation is in line with General Contractor programme and to report any delays immediately.
  • To arrange access for installation team.
  • To raise any "authorisation to commence works" permit.
  • Ensuring project reports are shared with the client stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • To assist in the preparation of bid documentation.
  • QHSE :
  • To ensure health and safety practices are always adhered to.
  • Ensure that Tier 1,2, & 3 QHSE CBRE audits are carried out.
  • Ensure that installations are in line with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Ensure best practice is shared across BU's.
  • CBRE:
  • Promote and maintain CBRE culture throughout teams.
  • Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that all internal CBRE courses are completed prior to due date.

    We are seeking a organised and proactive ICT Structured Cabling Project Supervisor to help oversee and coordinate ICT Structured Cabling Projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ICT projects, excellent communications skills and have the ability to provide written reports on the project status. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited, to the following, IPAF / Working at height.
