Full Job Description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Exeter to assist with the appointment of a DDAT -HEO-User researcher, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £442.98 - £573.00 per Day Responsibilities:

  • Be expected to work independently on a team
  • Plan and carry out user research activities within a service context
  • Conduct user research to provide insights that inform the creation or iteration of Met Office data delivery products and services
  • Analyse and synthesise user research findings using a range of methodologies and techniques
  • Create clear findings that help your team continuously improve the service, based on data and evidence
