As the International Deal Desk Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our global Quote to Order Process, particularly supporting teams in EMEA and APJ. You will be a strategic business partner to the sales teams in structuring and pricing transactions that support sustainable growth. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance and Accounting to find creative solutions for transactional and operational
challenges.
As a Deal Desk Manager, you will:

Serve as a trusted business advisor to international sales executives and leaders in the deal pricing and structuring process. This includes providing Enterprise deal structure, value propositions and deal terms on larger, more complex deals.
Approve all non-standard pricing requests. Ensure all required approvals are obtained and documented. Ensure that all transactions follow internal revenue recognition guidelines and operational guidelines.
Partner with internal organizations to understand contract requirements, structure, business terms and identify potential risks across opportunities, while serving as an advocate for the sales teams.
Partner with Legal, Revenue and Product teams to document non-standard terms and structures, mitigate risk and ensure proper revenue recognition.
Drive best practices and provide cross-training to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have

You enjoy working with global teams on complex requests in a fast paced environment
5+ years of experience in deal desk/sales operations, or deal strategy
You are detail oriented and can anticipate issues before they become problems
You are a clear and thoughtful communicator with strong critical thinking skills
You have experience enabling sales teams on processes and best practices.

At a minimum, you need to have:

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools
